Sillery Gaon

Our Sikkim Tour plan: (5 night & 6 days)

Our journey was start from NGP (New Jalpaiguri) railway station. We had a group of 23 people including child. And we had booked 3 9-seater car from the NGP. 

Day- 1 (Sunday) 25.10.2015 

On arrival at NJP and drive for 3½HRS to Sillery Gaon 6,000FT & stay at Eco Tourism Cottage. Enjoy a soft trek to Ramitey view point in post lunch session where you can have a breathtaking view of Mt. Kanchenjunga and Tista River in a single frame. Don’t forget to enjoy the beauty of Gangtok at night from your cottage. N/Stay in Upper Sillery Gaon Cottage.

Hotel Sillery Gaon – Nirmala Nature Resort

Day- 2  (Monday) 26.10.2015 

Enjoy the beauty of Mt. Kanchenjungha & Himalayan Range during sunrise from your cottage. After breakfast, start journey from Sillery Gaon towards Nathang via Lingtum, Padamchen, Kheukhela falls, Zig Zag road, Rongli Dam, Laxmi Chowk, GNathang valley, Tukla Valley, Kalapokhari, old Baba Mandir, Jelep-la Pass View and reach Kupup 13,900ft. Don’t miss the Elephant lake At Kupup, see the World’s highest Golf course, the Yak Golf Course at 13,025 ft (Guinness Book Of World Records acclaimed), and the Ice Hockey ground. Here also see the highest cool water polo ground at kupup. N/Stay in Nathang.

Day– 3 (Tuesday) 27.10.2015

After Breakfast, start for Gangtok via Changu lake, Baba Mandir Reach Gangtok in the afternoon . Have Lunch at Gangtok. Afternoon is free for Relax and personal shopping . N/Stay in Gangtok

Day– 4 (Wednesday) 28.10.2015

After Breakfast, Start for Ravangla.  Picturesque and Quaint Town In The Foothills Of The 12,000 Ft Maenam Hill One Of The Highest Green Hills In Sikkim . On arrival check-in to your hotel. After lunch visit Gurupadmasambhava statue (135 ft.) It is said to be the highest statue of Guru Padmasambhaba in the World, Ralong Monastery, Tendong Hill. Overnight stay will be at Ravangla.  

Hotel Ravangla – SILVER FIRE

Day– 5 (Thursday) 29.10.2015

After Breakfast, drive to another picturesque village called Rinchenpong (6,000 ft.) in West Sikkim. On arrival check-in to your hotel, After Lunch visit Ati-Buddha statue, Old stone stupa, Rinchenpong Monastery. Evening local village walk. Overnight stay will be at Rinchenpong.

Day– 6 (Friday) 30.10.2015

After Breakfast, Check out from hotel in time and take the departure transfer to NJP railway station via Namchi where we visit Temi Tea Garden the only Tea estate in Sikkim.
